During the COVID-19 crisis we keep hearing the term ‘Social Isolation’. This is when we reduce our contact with society in order to limit the spread of Coronavirus. And whilst self-isolating is important for our physical health, it can seriously impact our mental health and well being by creating feelings of loneliness.
